In the kettle insert, cook your shrimp and remove from the kettle. Now add in half of the butter, 1/4 cup of flour, the bread crumbs, the paprika and the mustard. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and stir.
Add in the milk and stir until smooth.
Now add in your parsley.
Add in your lump crab meat and stir.
Add in your gruyere cheese and heat.
Continue heating until melted and smooth, continuously stirring.
Now add in the white cheddar.
Stir until melted and smooth.
Add in the mascarpone cheese.
Add in your parmesan and stir until smooth.
Add in your cooked shrimp.
Add in your cooked pasta.
Mix everything together and remove from the heat.
Serve in a small bowl and garnish with some fresh parsley.
